How to compare the cost of buying crypto with TRY

A lower displayed price does not always mean more coins in your account. Compare the ask price, your fee tier and available liquidity together.

1

Start with the ask price

When buying immediately, you trade against the best ask, not the last traded price. A last-price comparison can therefore give a misleading result.

2

Include your trading fee

If the fee is paid in TRY, estimated coin quantity is budget / (1 + fee percentage / 100) / ask price. Exchanges may collect the fee in another asset; discounts and VIP tiers change the result.

3

Check the available amount

A top-of-book price only covers the quantity at that price. If your order is larger, it consumes more levels and the average price changes. Fiatasset marks unknown or insufficient top-level depth explicitly.

4

Add transfer costs when needed

Moving coins adds withdrawal fees, network compatibility requirements and confirmation delays. The buying calculator does not include these costs. See the terminal for transfer information and confirm the details at the exchange.
